CdTe Solar Cell Coating Systems

The high-performance UAM6000 ultrasonic coating equipment was successfully installed and commissioned by CdTe solar panel manufacturers. This system will be used in cadmium chloride solutions as part of the absorber activation process. The UAM6000 uses CHEERSONIC’s proprietary ultrasonic nozzle technology to achieve a more uniform and repeatable coating deposition compared to conventional air atomizing nozzles, conventional ultrasonic nozzles and roll coating techniques.
