Ultrasonic Nozzles
Ultrasonic Nozzles Spray pyrolysis is the process by which the film is deposited by spraying a solution on a heated surface, in which the component reacts to form a compound. This method is particularly useful for the deposition of oxides and has long been a manufacturing method for applying a transparent conductive body of tin oxide (SnO 2) or tin oxide to a glass substrate. Today, this technology is increasingly used in the preparation of perovskite films, such as perovskite solar cells.
