Desktop ultrasonic spraying machine, a small ultrasonic spraying equipment, can be equipped with a gathering type ultrasonic nozzle, a wide spray type ultrasonic nozzle or a scattering type ultrasonic nozzle, and is equipped with a precision metering pump, a carrier gas control, a base heating plate, a vacuum suction plate, Exhaust system, etc., especially suitable for research and development of scientific research laboratories and production of small-area film. Ultrasonic high-frequency oscillation is used to atomize the liquid into uniform micron-sized particles.

Compared with the traditional two-fluid nozzle, the ultrasonic nozzle can obtain a more uniform, thinner and more controllable film coating, and it is not easy to block the nozzle. Since the ultrasonic nozzle only requires a small amount of gas in the kilopascal class, there is almost no splash in the spraying process, so the coating utilization rate is as high as 95% or more, which is four times that of the two-fluid nozzle. This technology is being widely used in the field of precision coating preparation.
